I have been an estate agent locally for over 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with all styles and sizes of property throughout the Vale of Evesham. I have experienced a variety of changing housing markets over the years, some good, some very testing and this has taught me that service to the customer and honest advice when needed will see you through most cirmcumstances. My passion is to keep Gusterson Palmer at the forefront of the local housing market and believe this is only possible through creating the right reputation and providing the highest levels of customer service.

Denise has been a highly successful estate agent within The Vale of Evesham since starting in 1993. She is an extremely talented individual who is always striving for the highest standards in service. Denise is highly experienced and very skilled in negotiating a sale between buyer and seller. She will also progress all of our agreed sales through the legal process to an exchange of contracts. This is often a thankless task but is absolutely vital in making sure that once a price is agreed the move come to fruition.

Andrew is friendly and approachable with energy and enthusiam, matched to his professional attitude to the job. He will be at the forefront of the marketing of your home, as he spends time matching potential buyers to their ideal property, keeping them up to date with regular calls and accompanying them on viewings. He is also on hand to provide a marketing appraisal to potential home sellers and is renowned for his sensible marketing advice.

Richard is in his first year as a full time member of the team, joining in February 2010 and has boundless enthusiasm to provide a high level of customer service, whilst being keen to impress customers and clients alike. He is undergoing professional training from the National Association of Estate Agents and is so far enjoying his long held chosen career to be with working for an established local estate agents.
